Launching 'Safety First Training Academy' Very Soon!!

I was shocked that I was able to pick up a pumpkin cold brew at Dunkin Donuts this morning before work! Fall is right around the corner and I'm here for it. :) Your favorite construction chick pal is reminding you my scheduled Amazon promotions for both of my books. Additionally, my first adult e-book entitled, "Construction Tales: Volume I: A Woman's Journey To Become An Electrician" will be also involved in the Kindle Countdown Deal from August 11th to the 18th in the U.S. and U.K. markets. My hashtag #ConstructionTales has had 100K views on Tik Tok. My videos are also on YouTube under Verbally Disastrous as well. Verbally Disastrous is the name of my podcast. I have not released any new podcast episodes since I've been busy. However, I have 50 Verbally Disastrous episodes that are available on +20 podcast platforms. At the very least, I'm leaving an electronic legacy for future generations to listen. For this blog post, I'm sharing with you some exciting news! I'm working on becoming a business co-owner for a safety training school. The name of the future online and in-person training school is Safety First Training Academy. As we speak, my website http://safetyfirstllc.net/ is being worked on. I have been an authorized OSHA trainer since 2013. I had previously taught OSHA 30 for Empire College when they had a class available. I shall start out with offering OSHA 10 & 30 classes for starting out. Anyone within the United States will be able to access my website and earn an OSHA 10 or 30 card after taking my class. For example, a person in California can take my class since OSHA is a federal program. Over time, I will get even more training credentials and teach other relevant safety courses. My goal is to expand with offering region specific courses in many major cities within the United States. Additionally, I plan to offer seminars so that I can teach women how to perform random tasks on their own. My goal is to create a comfort level that empowers women to be able to tackle tasks that they would normally put on the back burner. I will teach everything from installing a ceiling fan to hanging a tv on the wall. My career started out with my father encouraging me to do anything I set my mind to do. I then joined the U.S. Navy Seabees and became a constructionman electrician apprentice. Once I left the Navy, I joined Local #3 IBEW and entered their 5-1/2 year electrical apprenticeship and became a journeywoman electrician. Within the past 25-years, I earned my MBA and passed quite a few safety related exams to earn my collection of safety credentials. After quite a few years of working in the field, I got the opportunity to create auto-CAD drawings, within the engineering department, and then become a project manager. Nowadays, I am a site safety manager on a residential high rise project here in New York City. I plan to teach specific courses related to becoming a site safety manager here in New York City and other regions throughout the United States. I'm eager to expand and grow my training academy! I'm very excited to share this news with you all! Hopefully, I can offer guidance that can positively impact the lives of many. I have been told that I'm good at describing a sequence of steps that places a picture in the person's mind. I genuinely believe that I can offer guidance for the females that want to get into construction yet fear being green and the criticism that comes with being new. I've taken my mentorship role seriously and have solved problems for quite a few women and minorities that belong to my union. It feels good to be helpful.
